Refund policy

At ARK3D Technologies, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, with all tags and in original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipments must be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how to return the item.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Or it has a defect

We’ll promptly assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital files or downloadable content

  • Sale items or gift cards

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., plants or food)

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product, we recommend initiating a return first.
Once approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit provider to complete the refund process.
